Our pre-sales service

Our service begins before our customers make their purchase decision. In the run-up to the offer phase, it is very important to know every detail of the product-specific and production-related requirements, especially in the case of planning-intensive capital goods. Only this knowledge enables us to develop and offer coordinated conception plans and detailed proposals that provide maximum benefit to our customers. Our pre-sales services include:

  • Planning of the task-specific process and test technologies
  • Selection of the most efficient system concept based on capacity planning
  • Producing system layouts taking the available production areas into account
  • Supporting our customers with the preparation of tender and performance specifications

Our after-sales service

Automation and test systems in production must meet the highest availability requirements. The important thing therefore is to prevent plant-related production interruptions as far as possible, and – where faults and defects cannot be entirely excluded – to ensure lasting elimination of the causes as soon as possible.

In addition to extensive operator training, which we conduct on site at our customer's premises as part of the commissioning process, we even ensure world-wide availability of spare parts from the manufacturer as well as compliance with customer specifications when selecting components. Preventive maintenance and repair services are also included in our service offering.

As a matter of principle, we equip all systems and devices with the technical prerequisites for remote maintenance operations according to state-of-the-art technology. This enables our engineers to use safe procedures to access the software on our control, test or management computer via the Internet or alternative data paths without any functional restrictions. The remote maintenance option not only offers the possibility of rapid fault analysis, it can, for instance, also be used to make adjustments to machine or test parameters as a result of altered product features or to set up new variants.
